I'm not a beautician but I have good knowledge on certain beauty products use Indhuleka bringha shampoo it doesn't give any side effects as its fully herbal or use Meera onion fenugreek shampoo and also wella products are excellent I have used myself it's a bit costly but results are amazing and if you can afford use goat milk shampoo it's an Australian product I bought from Health and Glow.

I will make a paste from some Curry leaves and hibiscus leaves .. and if u want to reduce heat u can add some overnight soaked Fenugreek seed to it and make a paste and leave it for half and first oil ur hair with massage leave it for half and hour and apply the paste and leave it for half and hour and wash it off .. Pls avoid Fenugreek if u have sinus or headache issues. And also don't use hot water on ur head .. shower with warm water.
