Almost a year late but I bit the bullet and upgraded to this set from the older warner bros tin set. The sheer amount of new features plus sale price finally pushed me to do it. It luckily seems to have the fixed discs already

I absolutely loved both commentaries on Friday 13th part two loved hearing all the stories. Like the fact that the truck in it was a passerby’s truck because the one they brought for the movie wouldn’t start. The 4K looks awesome on the movies . Plus I never noticed the scratch of the cabin on Alice’s note pad while she was on the ladder.

Just received mine, better late than never I say. Ordered it from Amazon, then went to scream factory's site and ordered the replacement discs. Cant fault them, I live in the U.K, so treated myself to a multi region Blu-Ray player as well. Can't wait to to start watching! Excellent video as usual Pizowell, Because of you, I now own this terrific set!

Seeing the part 2 footage is awesome though still don't get why they included the shot of Pamela's head because it seems to be the same as the theatrical cut! I swear the HD inserts for part 9 almost look better than some parts of the 2K scan! I will admit it's disappointing there was no workprint scenes for Jason Goes To Hell included or any deleted footage for Jason X! This is a great box set and everyone should get it! Great review pizowell!

wow awesome in depth review. thanks for taking the time to record this. i received my set on oct 16th. it is wicked awesome. it is a massive collection. there are 2 archives that never got put on this set. the scary trailers from the killer dvd extra disc, and return to crystal lake: the making of friday the 13th (on uk bluray release)

Dammit piz I tried to convince myself not to get this box set but with all the new extras and everything that this set offers I had to pull the trigger great video. Hopefully one day soon Freddy will receive this treatment.
