I just made your onion gravy in my 12 inch lodge skillet I put it over cubed steak and mashed potatoes. It was delicious. I can't wait for more videos sir. You are my favorite.

I'll have to try that!---I just made a quick and easy lunch that started out as a mistake ,take a can of Wally's chilli,and a can of their refrieds (this time I did up a tube of turkey breakfast sausage first in my big iron skillit),then put in some broken up uncooked spagetti and some fresh onion chopped,and cook up the sausage,then add the chilli,and refrieds, with about a 1/2 can of water,along with a few 1 cup size coffee scoops of quick cook rice and simmer until spag. and rice is done,I also add some frozen corn when partly done,really pretty good for something simple-I came up with this one day when I was going to heat up a couple cans of refrieds,had one can in the pan,then opened another can that turned out to be chilli,rather rhan toss it,just thought"what can I add to complete this mess ?" turned out ok ! I call it refried chilli,obviously one could use any brand of cnilli/retrieds-that's just what i was using,ya could add pretty much anything (within reason) to it. Something else I have done was having an empty grinder bottle of Sams rosemary I twisted ,pried off the grinder top(comes off hard the first time-and refilled it with a 1/2 &1/2 mix of dried chopped garlic and onion ,one step to add both(I use lots of both anyway)
