Mini Pizza Recipe! How to make the best pizza !

Pizza Recipe in grams and cups ( Pizza dough recipe ) :
- 350 gr All Purpose Flour ( 2 cups + 1/2 cups )
- 230 gr Warm Water ( 1 cup )
- 1/2 packet Dry Yeast (1 1/2 tsp)
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 tbsp Salt
Par bake the crust for 3 min, then bake for 6-10 min depending on your crust preference
Quick Tomato Sauce:
- 500 gr Tomato puree or crushed tomatoes ( 18 ounces)
- 2 cloves of Garlic
- 1 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt to your liking
- Basil
Some popular topping options that freeze well:
- Dry mozzarella/ Other types of dry cheese that melt well
- Pepperoni
- Olives
- Green Peppers
- Cooked Sausage/bacon
- Onion
- Mushrooms
- Feel free to add whatever other toppings you like

In Argentina we call them "pizzetas". They are not snacks, we eat them as if it were an ordinary pizza but in mini. We usually make them a little bigger, not so small. Try making this sauce, it's the one we make here and it's delicious. We boil tomatoes, when the skin comes off by itself, we take them out of the water and crush them until a "sauce" is formed. We put it in a pot, add grated carrots, very small garlic, salt, pepper, a little sugar to prevent the sauce from becoming acidic and onion cut into squares that are neither too big nor too small. We also add bell pepper cut into small pieces, a little oil and also a little water so that the sauce is not as spicy. When the sauce takes a darker color, we remove it from the heat and it is ready to use. That is an option, the other is to mix the tomato (in the same state that she used it), add salt and pepper, a little sugar, oregano, a little oil and a little water. All this cold, without cooking anything. Once you have the pizzas or pizzetas (mini pizzas) formed, you put the sauce and then the oven, when you see that they are close to coming out of the oven, take them out and put the cheese on them, put them back until the cheese has melted. Then we also add a mixture that we make with oil, very small cut garlic, salt, pepper and oregano, we put this mixture with a teaspoon over the cheese, before serving the pizza.

Yesss omg i infuse garlic too! But what i do is that i cook the garlic until its soft and can be squished with a fork. Then i add those cloves of garlic to the blender, take fresh tomatoes, and make a puree at home. The garlic adds sooo much more fragrance and taste to the puree, it's amazing!

Hi just saw this video amazing like always... in south Africa during our Ramadan (fasting period) we make these with cheese and the sauce we freeze them n bake them when we want or some actually bake the base and freeze with cheese and sauce then heat and eat.. I will definitely try this recipe
