I worked at Papa John's for a day, my first day on training... I asked the person training if they have any gloves and she told "we dont use gloves, wash your hands and start prepping". I felt disguested, because some of the employees in there were handling cash, taking phone orders (touching the phone) and some changing garbage bags at the same time they all have the same duties of making the pizza, not one of them washed their hands before touching the raw pizza dough with bare hands and some of them had long fingernails with black stuff stuffed in their fingernails. I was young but I was very germ phobic... I never went back to work after what I saw the way they handle customer's pizza. I think people should always wear gloves when making food that requires you to use your hands and change gloves constantly specially if they're touching machine handles, etc.../or handling cash. Using the same barehands to touch the raw pizza dough after touching cash, machine handle, it's just not very hygienic....

Z4NE Z3NE yeah.....because 95% of what subway sells is cold cut meats and veggies. Do a quick google search and see just how many restaurants dont wear gloves when cooking meals. Hell.....if you ever eat real mozzarella cheese you might want to know that during the process of making it they CANNOT wear gloves due to the hot water they use would melt the gloves

correct, the cheese pizza has 1lb 8 oz of cheese and all the others have 14 oz of cheese, a lot of experienced food court employees dont weigh the cheese tho, and yes in front of supervisors and managers, i personally dont put the full amount on the cheese because its obviously too much and i put a little bit more on for the regular pizzas
