Loading the PizzaForno machine is straightforward. Pizzas, already boxed, are simply placed inside; the machine can accommodate up to 70 pizzas. Each pizza cooks inside its box, where a robotic arm lifts the pizza up from the holes at the bottom of the box for even cooking. After cooking, the pizza is lowered back into the box and delivered to the customer through the front slot. This design keeps the machine cleaner than others that store ingredients internally. The only cleaning required is an occasional wipe down. Operators receive pizza shipments, and we collaborate to ensure they have the amount of inventory they need. We centralized pizza production in an FDA-approved facility located just outside of Chicago. This strategic shift allowed us to ensure consistent quality at every location. Pizzas are handcrafted in our facility, with all proteins precooked and the crust parbaked to 90% before assembly. After assembly, the pizzas undergo an Individual Quick Freezing (IQF) process that locks in nutrients, ensuring freshness and quality. Each pizza is then individually wrapped, packaged in bulk, and shipped directly to our licensees, ready for vending. Already conveniently boxed, these pizzas are ready to be loaded into our vending machines. The boxes are distinctly labeled, enabling the robotic system within the machine to accurately identify and manage the different pizza varieties. Once in our machines, the pizzas undergo a controlled thawing process. This step is carefully managed to maintain quality and adhere to food safety standards. The precision timing of the thawing process guarantees that the pizzas are perfectly prepared for cooking and serving.
