This is a very informative video. I've been training shoulders with the Cresva method, 4 sets mixed grip shrugs, 4 sets hammer strength press and 4 sets DB press followed by 4 sets of right arm standard DB curls and 4 sets left arm DB hammer curls.

I do those "Dumbbell Circles" with a cable actually. I like it because then you have a force pulling at you and based on the way you stand you can change how the tension is applied to you. It really made my rear delts pop, they're one of my best parts now.

very informative, polite person, nicely done. however, training on gear is different than training as a natty, doing endless reps and super-drop-sets wont work well for nattys.
