First I opened a vid of most explosive dunkers ever, MJ and Wilkins competing in a dunk contest and this popped up as an add, many ppl would close it but me..., I watched this masterpiece all the way till the end, most inspirational 4 minutes of my 6 years into basketball. Good Job, Paul!!!!

Heard about PJF on the Mind Pump Podcast and was very impressed by Paul. At 6’2” I’m very athletic and can already get my wrist over the rim but with this program I can imagine how much higher I can elevate. Very excited!

You are eye opening! I'm 25 and I've been 5'11 since 10th grade. I was always considered athletic by my peers but I knew I was where I wanted to be. I want to be faster and jump higher. I've never bought a jump program and I tried a free one I found online but it didn't pan out. I appreciate the science behind your performance coaching and the explanations you give. I'm going to start implementing these workouts. I still gotta watch the other episodes!! Thank you for the video 🤙🏽

Yashwant Sinha lol, calves aren't that important for your vertical jump. You have to strengthen quads, glutes, hamstrings and hips. Also, you need a lot of mobility and flexibility in those muscles so that you could get into the positions and not resist the muscles, therefore produce more force.
