I pretty much do the same exact warm up but rushed and with bits skipped out. Just figured it out intuitively, im sure anyone would.

@@XXLRebel 9 years later... my warm ups to lift any weights now take at least one full hour, sometimes longer. I obviously don't actively weightlift anymore as it would be impractical with this amount of warm up. But I do box, kickbox and wrestle.

2 years later. how old are you? I do the same, and weight lift as the mobility it gives still i feel is pretty good for physical strength and longivity (if you don't go crazy heavy). If you're over or close to 50 that be impressive, js
