I've cooked meatloaf for many years on the charcoal grill in a iron skillet, first time seeing it placed directly on the grate loved the video!

Dang. That grill is legit. Your meatloaf was pretty sweet. Your bacon trick had me hit the rewind, didn’t know you could do that. Def will try this on my 360. Great vid!

Don’t think I’ve ever seen a meat loaf on the the grill, that’s awesome. I’m used to mamas meatloaf in the oven. Love it.

Just got my pkgo today! I wound like to see how to care for those grates...I'm used to the smooth wire ones. Also...one of the reasons I went with pkgo was the two hibachi option where I hope to use it like a mangal with kebabs. Looking forward to lots of great cooks!
@ugursenturk58602 жыл бұрын
seen ya commenting abit on the pkgo how ya doing with the cleaning of the grates
@MadUncleAndy2 жыл бұрын
@@ugursenturk5860 Not bad... Most of my cooks on it are pretty clean (no pork Butt, ribs, or the likeand they're small enough I can soak/ wash them in a tub of water on the rare occasion they get nasty.
@ugursenturk58602 жыл бұрын
cool i nornally have stainless steel grates aslong as these dont rust on me they should be fine
@MadUncleAndy2 жыл бұрын
I have only had to wash mine maybe once or twice, so no guarantees how it will work out over time. A lot of what I use this for are kebabs in kebab racks, brat tubs, and the like. That's not to say that the grates wouldn't be fine with messier stuff, I just haven't done it. Personally I wish they had a stainless steel rack option also.
@ugursenturk58602 жыл бұрын
@@MadUncleAndy sweet when you say kebab rack what do you mean is it like a box that suspends the skewers ? we have rotissorie spinners for shish kebabs in our big mangals but never really use them we just use stainless or bamboo skewers and spin them by hand i may start to try using them i may do some low n slow like small chuck or lamb shanks possibly on this if i go away otherwise will be doing lamb chops(forequarter), lamb loin chops or steaks wings etc

Is the PK Go made in the US? What about the 360, which I love after I got the kinks worked out. How about doing some ribs sometime?
@bpapasc77633 жыл бұрын
I had a real hard time setting up my 360. It works now, but having that said I would not recommend someone buy one. Buy the original instead. Easier to set up, lighter, made in the US not China.

Can you get the PK Go with the aluminum lid without the flip kit? It looks like the base kit only has a flat orange cover?
@PKGrills3 жыл бұрын
The PKGO comes in two versions. The PKGO with Flipkit for $269 and the PKGO Hibachi (Orange cutting board lid) for $169.
@jonalexanderson52733 жыл бұрын
@@PKGrills I think you need to offer a middle version with the aluminum lid without flip kit grates and stand....just sayin🤪

Very few things are made in America even Harley Davidson uses foreign made parts in their bikes been doing it since at least the 70’s
