Great video, Scott. I just assembled my Graphite PK360 yesterday. I'm not a handy person, but this was by far the easiest grill I've ever assembled. Unpacking all the parts and taking inventory took a lot more time than the actual assembly. Speaks volumes to the incredible engineering that went behind this awesome grill design. Thank you and PK Grills.

This was the easiest grill that I've ever assembled! I actually had fun doing it! You should see the nightmare that Weber had me go through!

I opted for the old original PK on the shorty stand. I confirmed it's the only one made here in the USA. That was very important to me. I'll get a Pit Barrel Cooker for my larger smokes. But PK, please bring the manufacturing back to the states. You're charging USA made prices, already. Stop being greedy. I'll modify the cart to accommodate my 6'2 height, and fabricate some vent covers for those vent holes. I'll be much better off with the USA made original.

I'm looking for videos of smoking beef brisket, beef ribs, pork butts and pork ribs and even fish on the PK 360, . But all I seem to find are ones on grilling steaks. Does it really work as a smoker?

How do you or do you need to season the grill

good job with the video. i'm on the fence between the original and the 360. so i have a couple of questions. - what is the depth between the grates compared to the original PK? - how stable is the base of the PK360 vs the original PK? safe to leave the 360 on an open concrete deck in a heavy wind storm? fyi - no issue with the price. I get it. weber kettle will rust out.

ok - original and 360 have the same dept. down to stability factor?

My PK 360 has been awesome, but suddenly one of the bottom vents won't close. What to do to get it operating again? Thanks!

I was able to address the problem. The set screw had locked up over the portion of the grill where it normally stops.

10 months into my pk360 the paint started chipping off. Customer service was no help. You’d think after dropping 1k it be better paint quality.

I wish they were more innovative on anesthetics. I Def don't want those shelves, no way. I want it to be in an outdoor kitxhe' setup, so I will have counters on each side

We were all hoping for a better price. $900 is ridiculous......You can get a Weber kettle for $150 and do the EXACT same cooks.

$869 isn't a ridiculous price for this cast aluminum grill that will last a lifetime. We acknowledge that not everyone is ready to invest in the last grill they will ever own and we also agree that you can cook great food on our competitors products - or on a stick over a fire. Our goal is for everyone to do their thing, have fun and make great food outside.

I have bought 3 of the $150 weber grill you are speaking of. That is 3....in 6 years. They are garbage and I am looking forward to cooking on the 360 I ordered just today as I know guys that are using them on the SCA, which I will be doing and judging. i m hooping this will be the last charcoal grill I buy.

Yes Todd, it’s a pricey grill. But think about how many Weber kettle’s that you’re going to buy over a 10 year period. This grill will last the rest of my life and will be given to my son. Comes out cheaper in the long run.
