Derek's comments about Henry Cavill make a lot more sense now that we have a direct example of what is possible with TRT and strict training/diet. Kyle surpassed Cavill in 7 months, after starting from basically below-zero fitness level. With a few months of training, Cavill can look ripped, but apparently did not care enough to do so for The Witcher.
