S.T.A.L.K.E.R 2 Is really fun apart from a few bugs its a REAL slow burn i like to think of it sort of a "mercenary" sim.

@@northscene There are a few new areas/faction bases have been moved around a little bit but honestly i kinda like they they have been real consistant with the map once the A life stuff is working well or modders work in the faction warfare like in some of the other games its gona get sick ESPECILY with more guns added in to make the exculsion zone really feel like a hub for criminals and gun running.

​@@northscene if you're smart and playing it on PC, and not an idiot playing it on console, you should use Shay's living zone mod. I've been severely disappointed by a life but the atmosphere carried me 50 hours into the game. Now what the Shay's living zone mod and maklanes zone overhaul the game feels really good to play again. It's not quite a life but shay did an awesome job making the encounters more dynamic, longer range and overall much more immersive

STALKER 2 is amazing so far, almost as good as red dead 2, never used VATS , I dont want help aiming

Needs to feel a little more alive until I can consider it being close to rdr2 tier. I’ve played the original games and the story in S2 is really good and ties all three games together but the lack of A-Life is really a gaping hole in it right now.

Stalker 2 is fun, but compared to the previous three, it’s missing one REALLY important feature. And that is ‘A-life’. Its too much to explain here, but there are vids online talking about it. It’s a crucial component of what makes Stalker, Stalker. And Stalker 2 has a very, very, watered down broken version of it. There are plans to fix and optimize it, but until they do, stalker 2 is nowhere near its full potential.

@@tetsballer1835 Yeah that’s been an issue too, and an annoying one at that, but one i expect they will sort out fairly quickly. For me though, what is most bothersome about it is how the previous stalker games were entirely randomized, fully functioning worlds whether you were present or not, with other npc stalkers living out their lives regardless of you. You could be in one part of the map while other stalker NPCs you may have recently interacted with be in a random gunfight miles away from you in real time. 99% of other games DO NOT do that, their action is always in the player’s immediate vicinity, and after a certain distance, the rest of the world freezes until you return. But the previous games were the opposite of that, they really were as close to a real living world with other events taking place simultaneously all over the map all the time. Stalker 2 though…as of now…isn’t capable of having that, that being true ‘A-life’, which is why so many enemies just spawn on you at random times. Its like the encounters aren’t organic. Supposedly they’re working on it to fix how ‘A-life’ currently, but who knows when that will be. Still a very fun game, but i cant deny im a little disappointed in regard to where A-life currently sits in stalker 2….

Absolutely incorrect. The VATS system has nothing to do with coding. The VATS system was put in the game to give it a turn based feel even though the game was first person.

I really think that if you liked fallout 4 and approach Starfield like a fallout 4 in space, than it's just more fallout 4 but with space and it's really enjoyable! Everything is could've asked for in a space fallout game!

I've really been having a blast with Stalker 2 despite the bugs. The game is only going to get better and mods is going to make this game playable for a long time. It really is the ultimate survival tactical thing right now

Fallout 3 & New Vegas are my favorite games ever. STALKER games are great but not as good imo. They lack the RPG elements and good storytelling. STALKER is more about just surviving in the zone. Starfield.... Welp it just sucks. Ive tried to like it but it just sucks
