Looks like he may have gotten crowns on his front teeth. It's the same thing dentists do for root canals, just on the front teeth. They drill the front teeth down into nubs, and attach a new tooth over the top of it. My guess is that his adhesive went bad, so the tooth is probably always falling out, and his "friends" knew they could just yank it with their hands.

The trifecta probably ain't gonna see this comment, but Woody if you're seeing this don't stress it out too much for the invisalign thing, it's gonna suck for 3 months max, and then you're gonna be free of the pain of your teeth moving around your jawline. Just keep a little case with you with a toothbrush to brush after eating, and avoid eating stuff that stains yellow like mustard or soup concentrate, as you're gonna be stuck with one set per week. The first 3 months your entire tooth structure is going to be realigned to suit the next set of modifications, so it's going to be more painful, however after that period of adjustments the movements become centralised to certain teeth, so say you're gonna feel some stretching in one section of teeth for the week you're gonna have that set. I reccomend eating with them, just getting the habit of brushing after meals so stuff doesnt get gummed up in there. It also hurts less to eat with them, as your teeth are going to be much looser than usual because they are under constant strain, and biting onto something like a fork might displace or break off a tooth. After 3 months you're gonna barely even notice they're there. Cheers lads!

Seriously though. I watched my Dad die from a stroke caused by an overdose of meth. When I was really young I can still remember his real teeth, but after I started middle school he just kept having to go back to another member of the family who was a dentist to get everything fixed. It was the craziest fucking thing to me watching my father going from a full set of real teeth to dentures in ~ 5 years? Meth mouth is real and disgusting.
