@@samirbelfodil950 in coop. I mainly focus on raw damage and firepower while an other teammate would nullify its ability with Skill Swap or Gastro Acid. If noone has a pokémon that can supress its ability I switch to Delphox and do it myself.

Something that some people don’t know is that the move Gastro Acid which nullifies the target’s ability, is in effect for the entire battle and cannot be removed. It’s not like taunt where it only lasts a few turns. My strat for this battle is going to be Gastro Acid, Acid Spray, Sludge Wave Victreebel.

I’ll be making a victrebell for this raid. May make two 😂 gastro acid sp attacking and a worry seed physical attacking. I want to make a vilplume as well but it doesn’t get either ability changing/dampning moves. But maybe it’ll be useful playing with others

IF there is gonna be 7-star spooky raid, I would hedge my bets on a Dark Tera Gengar or Houndstone However, if I got to *choose* one I would pick Trevenant. He's just a cool dude.

Question. I tried the skill swap contrary malamar build on a six star raid. When i got KO'd my ability did not reset. Does this strategy only work in 7 star raids??

Your ability always resets to default after you are KO’d

@PKMNcast Huh it must have been a glitch then. I was fighting a 6 star gyarados. I skill swapped and then let it KO my malamar, then when I came back and I used super power, my stats went down.

@PKMNcast I was testing the build in preparation for a 6 star gardevoir. I have never been able to solo her. I have asked you and Osiris if you guys could recommend builds for her since she secretly buffs herself throughout the raid. That's why I wanted to use the skill swap contrary build to make sure she debuffs herself. I hope it works when I run into her. If you have a build you can suggest to beat her, I would be appreciate it. Love your vids by the way, ur iron hands build changed my raid experience. Thank you.

A Fletchling would do more damage than Sap Sipper Azu. It’s crazy that people are considering it. I suppose people don’t understand how much Huge Power makes Azu a decent mon.

Probably only with randos, I wouldn't go for it with a coordinated team. I'll probably build one just to try it out and see how it goes though.

I think G-Weezing seems pretty decent, as long as you don't have a Delphox partner that needs contrary.

Weezing is DEF, it’s SPD isn’t that great

@PKMNcast 252 HP + SDEF, Calm nature Weezing takes 35% max from 252 Modest Serperior, which then gets halved each time because Contrary is off. After 3 turns you take a total of 63% at the max. I think it's pretty solid given how garbage Serperior is without Contrary.

Doesn't work with Acid Spray and doesn't help the team in any way. I will always pick Pokémon that focus on teamwork since Raids are designed for players to work together.

Galarian Weezing would be good if you’re plaging with randos. Can't trust that anyone will understand Contrary, so might as well just turn off everyone's abilities. Not great for coordinated games though.
