Not worth anything near the price mentioned. In a place like Kochi, where mosquitoes are unavoidable, all this open space makes no sense. Secondly, concrete can NEVER replace land. For 8 CR, one can build a palace on an individual piece of land with much better privacy and individuality. Lastly, if there is an earthquake, this building may not be lucky enough to stand intact and even if it gets partially damaged (cracked) the whole project is rendered useless and a total loss. Totally stupid concept for a place like Kochi.

Many says about buying land instead of investing in flats. I don't think there's so much land for sale here at Kochi. Not all flat owners here wish to stay there. But honestly there's no land available within city limits. My parents own a home at Vyttila. Can see the highway and metro from home. I will never ever sell it coz we, the younger gen in Ekm knows the scarcity of land here. More population means More flats.

Just behind kaloor stadium… I would say there is nothing worse than flat life… a flat is a large lodge… thats all… no connection with land or rain… u just live in the air…!!! Planning to shift to a house soon…. Wouldnt advice anyone to buy these flats unless you are elderly people and things like that…. Keep your feet on the ground and live …. There is nothing like it.
