If you're looking for pursuing HR specialisation, then you have to understand one factor very clearly that there is is no Institute below top 50 which can provide you some exclusivity in HR studies. Xiss HR will be a better choice among two but it misses on on overall exposure which is obtained from your peers colleagues and from the environment around. All the Best!!

Agar college guarente nahin deta hai ki placement denge ....than iska matlab usko student se koi lena dena nahi siway paise tasilne ke.....kyon ki kaun student nahin chahta ki knowledge gain nahi karna.mba karne 85curious hote hI.......abb log bolege koi guarenteed nahin deta......abe yaar to koi se kya matlab tum kya dete ho ye dekho ....college ka ek bahana hota hai last me ki student nahin pada......ye ek bussiness ho chuka hai.....jabb tak ye written guarenteed placement rule nahi ayega tabtak ye business deal nahin hogi nd education system strong nahin hogi kyon ki isse college aur faculty ka responsiblity hoga nahin to college aur faculty ko koi matlab nahi.bas paise lete waqt bolenge fir mukar jayega.....

can u please tell me IBS MUMBAI it is good or avg bcoz this time batch size is 950 so placement is possible from there or not..

Dear Nitin, IBS Mumbai is a good institute to do management. As far as placement is concerned you will find many students getting placement in double digit figure or near to it. You will also find more than 100 students complaining that IBS Mumbai could't match their placement expectations. These 100 students will go on thousands of social and informational platform to downgrade IBS Mumbai. I know my fresher candidate and his friends got the placement of 7.50 lacs ctc per annum. I call IBS Mumbai a good college because a) It gives lot of exposure of corporate world under its roof by inviting great corporate personalities as corporate guest on regular interval. b) they are very strict about academics performance of candidates. c) Institute invites more than 200 companies for corporate placement. d) there is 100% summer internship assistance (SIP). As far as my opinion a good management should fulfil above condition. But if total number of seats are 950 or more than this should be the problem for a below average candidates. It should never bother you. Following quality you should possess before/after joining a management institutes: A) good communication and inter personal skills B) ready to take any new challenge along with ongoing curriculum like joining placement team, alumni team, corporate relation team, cultural activity team etc. C) performing great as a good team player or as team leader in situation of group presentation or any group task. D) devoting extra time in making good corporate relation instead of wasting your time on Facebook or Whattsup. E) utilize your all power and time in bringing the welfare for your team and classmates. IMS UNISON UNIVERSITY is good for MBA or not..

No its not a good university for MBA as their 15 year old venture IMS Noida is struggling for student admission. They are not able to fulfill even 50% of total seats. Unison'"s IMS University has the same team. There is no shortcut, perform in CAT, XAT, CMAT, MH-CET, N-MAT etc.
