Places of Power Tier 3: SLKR + KRU is INSANE!

SLKR + KRU can defeat Places of Power Tier 3 on mostly auto by themselves. They stack crazy health and damage in a battle that took way longer than I care to admit. Huge shoutout to sN Futureburns for bringing this team up in my discord channel!

R7 112k Health KRU dies every time in at best P2. No idea how yours doesn't

This is really insane... this is the first time I have a SLKR with ultimate. It took at least 1,5 hour to complete on auto. in the last phase KRU gains 4 million health on an attack. I used 1 Defense set and 2 health sets. CA arrow and Health primary on Cross, Triangle and Circle . some defense, health, protection secondaries. It takes some time, but everything for the free rewards ;)

It worked for me. Took about an hour and I recommend manually making SLKR use Stasis Strike once during each phase before turning auto back on, otherwise he'll only uses the Ultimate and his AOE and won't ramp. That'll make it even longer.

How long does it take if you use a full FO team and play normally? Originally I wanted to use palpatine lead sith, but im going for GL Kylo anyway first so I might as well just use his team for this event

Did they buff this event? I'm on Tier 2 and can't clear 8/8 with a Ult SLKR with 571 spd/10.5k off, KRU with 110k hp/250 spd, ST with 9.5k off...

I set it to just basic through rounds 2 and 3 while I was just playing other games and I am at +1m per hit before round 4... SLKR slowly takes them out so it works. I think I went overboard... by the time Anakin's heal block ran out he was healing for 3m per hit...

On round 4 you face JKA who inflicts healing immunity (and taking around 8 turns before your KRU can take a single one that will stick for 100% of the time). On my alt I was lucky and survived, not even sure how. On my main I died. Probably if you avoid stacking up syphons in the first waves and wait a very long time, KRU will be beefy enough by then to survive until you kill JKA

You can still do it, but you have to get to the point where he heals more than they do damage. I used FOS so they would remove TM but keep killing FOS instead of KRU (bit of RNG, but it works once KRU heals around 16.000 per hit).

KRU’s health recovery seemed to top out at 400,000. I got to that point midway thru a wave (don’t remember which one) and even though no Jedi were removed from battle for several turns, that number did not increase. He was full health and protection for most of the last 3 waves .

That's actually 4,000,000 (4 million) health recovery cap.

It is still working, I just did it myself. In order to build up your health you have to let Jedi Knight Sentinel do his aoe while cloacked. If he is not cloacked, he won’t reduce turn meter gauge and health won’t grow. I hit the ceiling and the 8% health KRU gains per hit resulted in +4 millions HP... Hitting wave 4 while gaining +200K HP per hit was enough to work around Anakin’s healing immunity.

Still works! Just make sure you have all health sets with health primaries wherever possible. Also placing red lobster really speeds things up too!

I have a better team and it does not too long to finish. EP R7 lead with Darth Nihilus G12 (if you can get him to R3 will be great. Swap your GG health mods on DN), BSF R5, Darth Revan R5 and Malak R5. Although you can't auto but it took me 25 mins to clear everything. EP mods should be swap too for faster mods with high potency if yours isn't.

This works 100% the issue people are most likely having is the sentinel doesn't always remove turn meter, the turn meter removal is resistable. Also your KRU needs health primaries on the mods (doesn't have to be a health set) preferably 110k or higher health

finally got it to work, 4 defense mods and only 2 health. For me, maxing out health to over 110K and prot 90k did nothing. With defense mods my health and prot dropped below 75K each, but the the jedi were doing very little damage so the max health was finally able to start ramping!

Use Sith Trooper in there too if you aren't already to increase damage and cleanse healing immunity off KRU.

@@Bulldog1205 thank you for your fast response! I found out the Problem. I stunned the guardian and killed everyone in P1 too fast! Ghe guardian removes TM and gives KRU extra health. So try that the guardian is always the last one standing. Try to not put ability block or stun on her.

I'm doing something wrong then. Slkr +ultimate, KRU, 3 Ansum junk characters, as soon as I got a move I stunned the counseler, hit auto and within a few minutes KRU was dead.....

Mod for 100k health and play this wave somewhat manually - if you aoe swipe you will cleanse Kru. He should be ridicuously thick by p4

A buddy of mine did this last time it was around, i think his kru healed like 4m every hit. was awesome. The team that I use is Palp, dr, bsf, malak and KRU. r7 on everyone except r5 bsf. I 100% full auto tier 3. in MUCH less time than SLKR + KRU cheese does it haha.

Was doing this as well, but had Red trooper in there. He's very safe behind KRU's pretaunt and gets enough health back to survive with his health steal. He'll assist on KRU's counter attacks and make it go significantly faster (also means less health stacked I only got up to 11.5mil by the end).

May be 2 years later from upload but still works wonder! my KRU is modded 90k health and 60k protection, my SLKR (r7+ult) is modded mostly for speed and offence and a tiny bit health. can totaly see however that mods doesnt matter here really since max health is stacking on KRU cuz of SLKR's kit. didnt basically lose health on T4 cuz the protection could hold up against healing immunity from JKA lol :D

I think they patched this a year or two ago. This video is 3 years old so most likely made before the “corrections” made by EA and Capital Games. I did get the SLKR + KRU to work once but it seems very RNG dependent now.

I don't actually still play, but from I understand nothing changed with the mechanics. You just need a full team now. It's important to put in a supporting cast that doesn't interfere with the mechanics that make this work (Ex: avoid TM gain units).

No, it still works. I add Sith Trooper as a 3rd which makes things a lot easier. He can cleanse healing immunity in wave 4 and adds a ton of damage. I showed the duo here just to show off how powerful they can be in this event, but there's no reason to make it harder on yourself unless you just want to do it for fun.

Tried it today, SLKR and KRU both R7. KRU over 118K Health. Tried multiple teams. SiT with Pilots, Lower Siths that get killed, Traya Lead. My KRU has red health when it comes to P2. No chance to get through. Edit: I got it. 2 Mods wasn't maxed out. I had only 11.x Defense now with 20% it worked

It does still work. I run it every time. I don't actually use just 2 characters though. Use Sith Trooper and save his cleanse for P4 to get rid of healing immunity on KRU. Sometimes if the timing is bad it fails, but most of the time it works on 99% auto.

@@Bulldog1205 what are your mods then? I've got my best health, defense, CA tank mods on KRU and my SLKR has amazing mods. Lobster and Hux die so fast no matter how I mod them. I've tried KRU between 115-120k and he always dies.

@@FunkyBobFett don't use hux. He gains TM which weakens him. Try SLK, KRU, SiT, and the 2 tie pilots (even if the last 2 suck. It doesn't matter. Whoever you put there can die round 1, just make sure it's no one who gives any TM). Don't stun any enemies who can remove TM. The only phase that should potentially cause problems is phase 4.

I did it again this time around and it worked fine. There’s some RNG to KRU stacking health before he dies to constant attacks, but once he starts getting healed for 10k+ on attacks, the rest goes smoothly. Took me about 45mins on auto and KRU was healing himself for 4M by the end
