But I am not sure that it is possible that the land borders are open and that I will be allowed to enter with train. Can you please clarify? I checked some Azerbaijani websites but the information is different there. Thank you in advance!

@@janekslv Hello! I saw that land border is open for foreigners coming from Azerbaijan to Georgia, trains to Georgia are not working. You can only reach the border and change transportation in Georgia. I recommend you ask this question in Facebook “Travel to Azerbaijan” group, people share their experience there
