It’s my understanding that there is no voicemail. As a caregiver I would want this limited feature. Because even though I insist on having Dr offices contact me. They still manage to call and leave messages on my dependents phone. I would suggest this phone have the ability to receive voice messages that only the caregiver can access. Similar to the iPhone feature Silence unknown callers (non-contacts) which directs them straight to voicemail. Also dependents still have friends and business contacts that would be unable to contact Them/Us if only input contacts can be received.

Hello! Through the RAZ Care app, you, as a caregiver, can manage the features your senior has access to. For example, you can choose whether or not they have access to Voicemail. Additionally, you can create an Allow List for people who are not contacts but are still permitted to call the RAZ Memory Cell Phone, such as a doctor's office. You can also access the call history of the RAZ Memory Cell Phone, allowing you to see who has called your senior and whom they have called. If you have any more questions, please feel free to reach out to us. We'll be glad to help!

Is there a way for them to use the camera? I get that it's basic, but need something a bit more complex than this!
