I completed the scenario on the easiest difficulty with 96% of the cure completed. I would of lost, but Z-Com set up in east Africa, so I was lucky. Even with that however, they were merely 4% away from cure completion, and the only way I managed to destroy Z-Com was to throw everything at them non-stop and not give them time to rebuild. I've played the game for months, and I must say it is one of the top 3 hardest scenarios I've ever played. Keep in mind that was just the easiest difficulty, mega brutal would be impossible without cheats.

Well for your question on “convergence” in the Dead Space universe “convergence” is when all the necromorphs head straight to the marker to infect the entire planet and this infection causes the planet to turn into the ultimate necromorph. I’d explain more but if you’ve ever played Mass Effect or read Hellstar Remina then that’s pretty much what you’re getting. If not convergence ends with the entire planet turning into a necromorph that travels the galaxy eating other planets
