Rafael, a feature I would love is to search ‘sun/moon at azmuth’ for a group of starting places. I like to shoot from Arlington Virginia across to Washington DC. But along the river bank there are lots of trees. It would be such a cool feature if I could walk along with the phone in my hand, and hit a button every 5 meters to say if there is a clear view of not. Then search with the black pin from the 100 places that have a clear view. It would take the phone longer to process of course, but removes a lot of guess work :)

Very informative as usual. I will be looking for a similar shot , but with the moon mostly black. I think this will ba a early waxing moon in the golden to blue hour. Any advise?

Hi Allen! Use the Find tool but for the Moon. The table of results will give you all the possible Moonphases that align and the natural light you'll get at the time of the shooting :)

So the shooting distance is 2.86 km and the hyperfocal distance is 668 m - it's that what you mean by hyperfocal distance is shorter than shooting distance?
