I really like the way you plan, its really organized and makes sense. I used to use a lot of stickers (like no white space at all) but now I'm trying to use less stickers and leave more room for writing; sometimes the stickers get a little over the top :)

What if you are in a rush and you don't have a plan

What if you plan your dinners and don't really feel like eating that on that day?, I am an intuitive eater I can't really plan my meals too much in advance.. Any tips for that?

I'm the same way, but I've started trying to meal plan in order to save money. I would start by just making a list of meals you like, not worrying about assigning specific days to them. And if you do decide to plan a meal for a specific day, but then you change your mind, it's okay. Just pick something else from the list. Hope this helps!

I've been struggling with this! Ive started to make a section in my planner for "dinner ideas." I just pick from the list or I end up eating different things. I don't feel so obligated that way :)

I use a checklist over in the notes area of my planner with 6 dinner "ideas". I use that as my basis to plan my grocery shopping for the week, but I don't feel tied to making anything specific on any particular day - I can just choose from the 6. I usually only end up getting to 5 of them (the other ends up being another night out, or occasionally, I may pop back into the store to make something completely different that we have a craving for).

You could use page flags to assign dinners for the day. Once the day is over, write down the dinner that you DID eat. You could watch plan2create's meal planning video. She explains it nicely and it's a very versatile and functional system.

the system we use is this - my partner loves to study the weekly grocery ads and buys meat he likes thats on sale, i dont eat meat, so we divide what he buys into portions he will eat with a little left over for lunch the next day or to share with our two dogs, then put it all into the freezer. i made a chart designating two days a week for pork, two days for chicken, two for beef, and the seventh day for whatever. then i add in appropriate veggies. (for instance sunday & wed are chicken day and we vary how we cook it, on pork days we vary what form of pork from whatever we have in the freezer) This is a generic system that we follow loosely. Sometimes we have breakfast for dinner, or he'll have a big platter of crab legs. . . its important to catch food on sale, store it well, keep a good idea or list of what you have on hand and then create your menus from there.

Alexis, I am interested to know what "themes" you have given your days. Do you mean: laundry day, shopping day, cleaning day?

You can theme your days based on whatever frequent tasks or activities you perform. For me, these themes are Blogging, Filming, Editing, Development etc. So I do all my blogging in one day, and all my filming on another day, and all my editing on a day and then all my business development work on another. Does that make sense? If my priorities were home related, I may do a laundry day, shopping day, etc, but thats just not in line with my own personal priorities.

Hi Alexis - Thanks so much for all your fantastic planning videos! Quick question - I noticed that with your sticker sheets in the video, you just peel them off from the sheet and they are already pre-cut and in the shape of that sticker. How did you do that?? :) I printed your sticker sets onto one avery full size sheet like you recommend, but have to individually cut them out. Would love any pro-tips as your way is much cleaner! Thanks so much.

You could buy a silhouette machine. It cuts your stickers out neatly for you. Cameo is a good brand. As for how to do it, watch a tutorial.

you lost me seeing that Sunday isn't given a full column - for some of us (am a youth pastor) Sunday is a full business day 🤔😉 will keep watching for some specific ideas but really need a better layout

I think you could use a sticker or whiteout and stamp the days of the week to make it a Sunday start so that Friday and Saturday would be your shorter days. Or even a Saturday start and have Thursday and Friday as your less important days in the planner --
