I doubt because last time when I went to Rangpo only 4 wheeler permissions were there. For bike permission you need to go to gangtok. I'm not sure whether the rules are changed in 2022 or not

Yes permit available. You have to go to the permit office of Gangtok if it is your personal car. If it is rented then driver will manage the permit and all

From now to october is the best time to avoid snow. There there are risk of heavy rainfall and landslide. However you need to see the rain forecast before planning your trip

Permit k liye you have to provide voter card or any address proof card for verification. It takes 1day. Each and every person in the group must provide their cards. And you have to take permit of 3 days

Yes they stop other state number if the driver is not from Sikkim.. You can go to gangtok by driving from your own. And from their you have to hire a drive with Sikkim lisence to drive you further.

Yes.. You have to show lisence 2 copy photos that's it. Per day rent will be around 1500 to 2000 depending on the bike.. You can get bike rentals in Gangtok and Jalpaiguri both.
