I agree i am not taking up my bus pass for any journey over 1 hour let alone 15hrs, there is a time and age when you have to shit. Every single bus outside a local route should have a multisex toilet with room to move and toilet roll. That includes people with disability, they can put a simple coin system on it and it would pay for itself and make profit in a very short time.

I once and only once did a 30 hour coach trip... just the thought of having to do 20 hours more makes me crinch.. Hats of to you... I have never been back on a coach since!

You should get some kind of award for doing this trip. ‘Numpty Of The Year’??!! 😂😂

45 years ago I went from London to Athens, I still remember the torture and tiredness. You sir are a real trooper, respect 🫡. Nice video.

I found your channel and subscribed. Loved this long bus journey video. Your style is great - you just get on with it. Too many travel KZbinrs love the sound of their own voice and take too long getting to the point. Your pace was perfect. Keep up the good work, sir. I'll work my way through the rest of your videos now.

Next video Scott takes the bus back? No chance! A stirling effort to endure such an uncomfortable journey. I'm amazed a bus covering that distance doesn't have a toilet. Hope you had a chance to look around Sofia - it is a wonderful city. You deserve two cups of coffee after that...

All the money them service stations must of cost you. Prob would of been cheaper to fly or get the train. You didn't sell it to me. That's 50 hours of your life that you are not getting back! Good watch though. Have hit the "like button" You have earned it ;)

Really who would take the coach from London to Sofia? They are definitely not in their right mind! In 1979 I and my friends took train from Prague to Varna Bulgaria. We will never forget that two days nightmare journey, no drink no food and the toilets I leave it to anyone 's imagination 😮😢

I have a terrible attention span and don't usually make it through even five minute videos in one piece but I found this very interesting and watched from start to finish. As a tall person as well I can only think of the state of my knees if I tried this journey myself!!

Wow! good effort Scott, doing the things we never have to do. I was in Sofia last November, but opted for the very comfortable Istanbul to Sofia sleeper train. You should treat yourself to that one next...

The longest coach journey I have ever taken was from Rockhampton, Qld to Perth, WA, Australia with Greyhound. That was in 1978. Little did I know then that I would end up driving for them from 1989 until 2004 before moving to the UK.

Brilliant stuff! Couldn't imagine doing that myself. Little advice for Stuttgart though. The bus terminal is about 2-3 minutes walk from the airport terminal. Almost next to the entrance they have an Edeka supermarket there (open 6 to 22 every day of the week). Much much cheaper than any fuel station. And free of charge toilets too ;)
