I went early this morning to ask about the massage chair and the guy at the desk signed me up before my workout. I went it and it was nice for 6:30am. I will say this morning was my best workout so using it before working out is a gamechanger!

yeah planet fitness are not all equal. Our location has massage chairs that do the arms. I kind of wish they were a little better though. I am 6'3" and I BARELY fit in these things and if I work my deltoids too much I basically wont fit at some point. And after cardio the feet ache bad and these chairs do nothing for that.

The other day at my local planet fitness, I spotted a fat person. I wanted to run up to them and let them know they are welcome here. I can't imagine eating more calories than my body possibly needs and it storing in unflattering parts of the body. Let alone the pain in joints and difficulty breathing. You are a champion 🏆 and working toward a very good thing. Keep up the good work!
