Same.... i've been a tetraplegic since 1995 after an RTA and have been living in a ground floor flat ever since (which is fine) but feeling safe and having a good nights sleep depends on who ends up above and aside of mine... I was told I wasn't allowed a bungalo as I was to young at the time and now i'm in adequate property. And it took 2 years to getthe flat. Please don't get me wrong i'm more than greatful I just think if the upper ups bent over to help us like others it would be fairer is all

You are so right, if anything trans people like you recieve the fallout of the loud, demanding activists. Pre 2015 I had no opinion on the issue either way and was pretty much "live and let live." I had genuine care for people that felt like they were "born in the wrong body" as it must be a horrendous experience to feel so at odds with your body. Trans lobbyist have taken away that care and replaced it with anger and disgust. Comments like yours remind me not to be the exact equal in hate of the opposites I claim to be hateful. Loved Paul in the Bentley. Here’s a question about cyclists. Many parts of London have a 20 mph speed limit. This applies equally to cars and bikes, doesn’t it? If so, these cyclists are therefore breaking the law when they exceed the speed limit. Time to license them- there you go Sad IQ Khan, another source of revenue for you, moron. Another point on cyclists: last week while walking near Buckingham Palace I witnessed at least 3 cyclists speeding along the bike lane and riding perilously close to pedestrians including young families. When one of these cyclists was challenged by a father walking with kids the cyclist replied to a father that the lane is a cycle lane, to which the father responded: “It doesn’t give you the right to drive at pedestrians and trying to kill or injure them does it?” (Plus a few choice juicy words aimed at the cyclists). These cyclists are out of control.

In answer to your question, no the 20 mph limit doesn't apply equally, it actually applies only to motor vehicles, which bikes are not. There are a very few specific locations around the country where bikes are subject to a speed limit because of a local bye law, but the general limit doesn't apply to them.

I worked in the " Inner City " for 35 years, whenever someone tries to be an instigator I'd just rolled down window and say: " Oh did I ( make the accused infraction ), do that, I am very sorry " - then hand up nicely at then towards my mouth and give the sign of sorry ( Sign language ), roll up window, and let them have the right of way . Seems they are trying to cause a conflict. Don't let someone cause " Road Rage " --- teach that to your kids.

👩‍💻My experience with crowd control enforcers is that they may be looking for an easy mark. When I board an airplane, I check my luggage. All I have on my shoulder is a small backpack with baby wipes, a book, a magazine, some hard candy, and a boarding pass and ID. I wear flip flops, so it is easy to get through the magnet machine. Well, at the gate, the airplane police need to search a certain amount of people getting on the flight. Guess who they pick because I have no luggage, just my tiny backpack. Saints above only know what the others are carrying in their giant walk on luggage. Happen everything to me. Maybe that is what the cops were doing he walked, and they just picked him up, snatched.
