Hi! I needed something to change! I love to decorate my planner with all the pretty stickers but I also needed to get a handle on productivity for my business. So I started using a daily planner and I love it! Working on getting a plan on what exactly will help me most with productivity. Don't use stickers in it (yet :) but I am enjoying the hourly section (what am I doing with my time!) and space to jot down anything I need or want to write about. And I still use a vertical weekly planner for satisfying my need for pretty.

Firstly, thank you for your content. Is there a way (without sharing any work restricted content) to show how you incorporate your planner into project management meeting notes on a daily basis? So as you go about your day as a programme manager - multiple projects, teams, deadlines, tasks, etc - how do you capture that every day before it gets captured into your planner pages - do you just have a separate notebook for meetings - or a notes section for rapid log??? Would love to know how you manage your day as it happens. 😊

Coming from planner update video and there were definitely great ideas! I love idea of thinking about our system pros/cons issues and try to revamp system in a very intentional manner. I love the scribble book idea! It’s so freeing!

Always good to see how you change things up to fit the season in your life. I have always been a daily journal writer. The highs, lows, etc. and I needed a different way to capture my daily life….for my project life, week in the life, etc. I am going digital with the Day One app. So far, it has been great. Being able to capture pictures and stories immediately rather than waiting until I get home in front of my journal and try to remember why the heck I took a picture. I am also going to try Notion. See what happens there. Thanks for sharing and looking forward to watching a more in depth look at your system.
