I really like your videos and the effort you put in to make such informative videos! To be honest, I have been using these features for a while now. But, there are some basic concepts which become clear after watching your videos…and then I go like “Oh, that’s why I have been doing it this way” :)

What happens when there are 2 paths with the same total float? How does P6 split it and prioritize one over the other? Thanks!

@azhar ali Very informative. I have encountered one problem with float path. Activities with negative float are showing non critical when run schedule with float path and filtered the paths from 1 to 10. What could be the possible problem?

While these activities with negative float show critical when simply filter critical path and not run the float path feature in p6

Please drop the vest and hard hat moving forward, it is unnecessary and a little used car.
@PlanAcademy Жыл бұрын
Cars do inherently lose value as soon as they become used. But they don't lose their usefulness. We had actually shot the first take with 2 hard hats, but we decided that was too much.
