I've never thought to plan this way. I like the visual goals, but particularly the broader visions for the year that help you see small steps of success or overarching steps in the right direction versus missing the mark for a few weeks equating as failure. Thanks for sharing!

Thank you for the video and insights! Congratulations on buying a piece of property, too! I haven't made a Dream Board before, but I do sit down each December, take stock of the year, and write out main goals for the coming year. Another thing along these lines that I've begun doing is compiling a yearly photo book - that is my visual reminder of all my family experienced, accomplished, and enjoyed...plus I will give the books to my children when they are adults! Since first becoming pregnant in 2021, I've had to learn how to temper my expectations between pregnancy, newborn life, and nursing. It's a balance!

I have never truly thought of doing this as a family or us me and my husband together! But now I definitely, definitely want to! Especially because I am such a dreamer and I really want to share that with my husband. And I think I'd really benefit our family. Because he is more of the one who is afraid of other people planning our time and letting time get away.

Look into getting a Bellicon trampoline! That helps so so so much with detoxing all that lactic about that builds up with pickup basketball and all those other pickup activities you do!

Thank yall for sharing this! I love the dream board idea! Do you have a podcast specifically about how you structure your planning time as a couple? My husband and I want to work on communicating better and more often this coming year. Do you have structure around that topic for your own family?

I have chronic ankle pain from spraining it a year and a half ago. It is most definitely not ok, but I can live with it. It makes you appreciate NOT being in pain.

I would love a video on what planning tools you use. Do you use a specific planner or goal tracker? I am looking into which planner I should buy for 2024

Love this idea! I just have one issue… Are you aware that John MacArthur teaches lordship salvation? I’ve been following your channel because I thought you believed salvation is a free gift, paid in full by Jesus Christ. “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast.” Ephesians 2:8-9 KJV
