Military stories are never a problem. If someone gets a sad-on then leave them to it. I was ex Army and it's great to find a connection to the presenter. You aren't glorifying it or selling anything, which means it's no different to Peachy's stories of working in the store. It's relevant to whatever tangent you lot are talking about.

During a campaign game with the original Necromunda in the 90's, I managed to capture a heavy with my redemptors, and successfully converted him (which was the special rule) so that he was now a redemptor. Next day I went to the mail order catalogue, found all the parts I needed to convert a redemptor with a heavy bolter (which was a model option they didn't have), ordered him, waited on the postie, built and painted him ready for the next game, only for him to then be killed...

With the necromunda necks, I've found some of the models don't need gluing to keep the neck in place. So you could swap the head/neck on your models. It means you can have one head per character and multiple models as they change equipment, but if the head is unique it still feels like your character.

I just wanted to thank you for these podcast type videos you’ve been putting up. Mr peach your insights into what it’s like behind the curtain at gw is fascinating. But the feel of just three mates hanging out hobbying has a special quality to it. I’ve just had baby number three and times are hard, I’ve not seen my hobby friends in months, my paint brushes are gathering dust and I’m feeling the strain of trying to raise a young family financially. These videos a genuinely good for my mental health and I can’t thank you enough, when times get a bit better and I’m not being bled dry by nursery fees you’ll be getting another patreon. If you make a Necromunda battle report, try to grab the board sections from Tabletopjames, who is also on KZbin. Save you having to make anything, and they will look great on camera. Also could you do a weekly spotlight/competition on #everymodelisanecromundamodel to encourage and inspire everyone to kitbash and use their imagination?

For my New Year I got inspired by you guys to start going into Necromunda proper. I chose Enforcers as my main force (aka the one I will be playing) but I have almost completed the Necromunda collection (three gangs left). I want to start a Necromunda Game Group. I had to rebuild after I lost much of my original Gangs in moving homes. I feel less like I’m wanting to play the “big army” games now, but rather the Narratively Driven small games which I have always wanted to play since I discovered GorkaMorka when I was like ten.

@@thepaintingphase genuinely amazing production value. They did a 10 part narrative campaign (tombworld) that had four players in, was in partnership with winters, which I think I’ve watched through 4 or 5 times. But their standard battle reps are the best I’ve seen.
