Planning the allotment for 2024

Hopefully it clears up soon, we have had rain and snow here in SW Canada 😢. I don’t do much planning 😅😅 well I start and then it all falls by the way side. My biggest plan is I put it all in my phone calendar so I can go back over the years. Great update Adam happy growing, Ali 🌦️🇨🇦

What is an allotment? Is that a place to garden away from your home if you don't have a private plot? Or, is an allotment your own garden and the seeds/plants you plan to grow?

An allotment is a plot of land you can rent from a local authority (a council) to grow your own fruit and produce. In the UK allotments are protected by The Allotment Act 1950 which sets out rules and regulations of what you can and can't do. :)
