Shannon Barnett, what a great groove she has ! She plays with a better dynamic range than what most 200cm/100kg (6'6"/220 lbs) male trombonists will ever have. And the arranger knows it. The whole band puts a higher gear on when the trombone solo starts.

jazz trombonist Marshall Gilkes's great arrangement! I see Michael Rodriguez in the member, is it solist only in this one performance, or is it with wdr big band continuously? I have not seen Michael Rodriguez playing with the best big bands ever since I saw him at the Monk competition.
