One of the keys to taking care of the legs and feet is to stretch and strengthen in equal measure. 🧘🏋️
Being on our feet a lot in the summer means our calves and feet always need some love - especially if you have #plantarfasciitis! This is also the a super helpful exercise to use during the day for those waking with calf-cramps during #pregnancy.

For this stretch go to the nearest step or curb (inside, outside, carpeted, etc doesn’t matter for this one) and put the balls of the feet on the step with the heels hanging off the edge.
