I like it that you make small portions. Since I live alone, it more convenient.

It's just the two of us here so... we tend to cook that way.

Thank you for another seitan recipe. It looks yummy and stroganoff is one of my favourite winter dishes. I have a request for you, would you be interested in making a video about cast iron pans? I know there are a glut of vids already on this platform but you two eat the way I eat (WFPB, no oil) and I'm curious about how you care for your pan (cleaning, seasoning, etc). My beautiful cast iron pan sits unused in the back of a cupboard and I'd love to bring it out to play again. Thanks.

Honestly we don't do much. Just wash and add a drop of oil while hot and spread it around. That's about it.

Looks very yummy! I would have to add garlic to mine.

This looks incredible. Though I would use store bought Seitan. I've grown to appreciate store bought Seitan. Thank you for this video.

I prefer homemade as I get to say what's in it and it takes so little time.

oh wow this is amazing!! i really only see super advanced seitan recipes but you're so pedagogical, i can't wait to go buy gluten!! you mention numbers on the stove a lot, but is this a non-induction electric stove? the type of stove makes a real difference in how you behave when cooking
