Please do a video of how you cook some of the produce. Even though you you describe some of your techniques, I am inspired when I see you actually cooking. Ohh, just saw the photo of your tomato salad. I am already inspired to replicate that with the chopped herbs and flowers. Looking forward to more garden tours.

Hi Ilene, I’ll try to film more cooking videos the coming weeks. Linda’s garden tour is up today! It was so nice to visit her garden and film it too ☺️☺️

Really good harvest from the green stalks. You make it look so easy too! Still on the fence about whether I should get one or not…

I purchased my first one last season, and I will tell you, they are my favorite way to garden now. They are sturdy, well made, and keep the plants really clean, which is nice for produce (I still wash, but it's easier). The planters are also very attractive, which is a bonus. Greenstalks are an investment, but I'm my experience, worth it, especially for small space gardeners. Greenstalk has sales several times a year. For safety reasons, just make sure you have a level surface to put them on. I have the three tier, which unfortunately they discontinued but I just bought my third planter.

So satisfying to harvest food from your own garden. I just harvested a bunch of basil for preseving for over the winter. The fragrance was incredible. I am going to start another round of basil seeds this weekend. Happy harvesting, and looking forward to more garden tours. ❤🐝🌸

Love the plant hook your sister-in-law made- I am not a fan of the supports , I don’t use them and use multiple ways to support my plants

OMG! So much to comment in this video. Awesome sister-in-law! I love those trusses. She should patent that idea. Your marigolds look so bright and lush. My marigolds seem to be on they way out. That beet in the top tier is HUUGGGGE! Your Greenstalks looks so manicured and well managed. Mine has bald spots on the bottom and the tops are overflowing with tomato and pepper foliage. I didn't know what to plant in the bald spots but I have bean and pea seeds. Maybe I'll plant those? Tell me, I must have missed the video, was was the bean inoculant you used? Maybe that's why my Dragon's Blood beans haven't come in yet. I'm telling you, try Ping Tung eggplant! It's the best. They are beautiful, creamy, delicious and prolific. Smoky Mountain tomato? I will consider those for next season. Would you be willing to share seeds with me? I'm in the NYC Kitchen Garden Club, BTW. Thanks. 👍

@@Floresti Thank you so much for the comment! I think beans are a great idea, not sure how the peas would do it since I think it’s still a little too hot for them. And yes, I would love to share some seeds with you! I really like the taste on those. I want to try the Ping Tung eggplant too! Here’s the link to the video where I talk about the bean inoculant: kzbin.info/www/bejne/f6fJZnVundubiLM
