I don't think I've ever seen such a patient, easy going man! Any man in my family would have thrown a tantrum right then and there after realizing that mistake. So much work! Laura, you seem very laid back to me too so you guys are two peas in a pod I think. I really enjoy watching your videos, even if they don't apply to me very much at the time,. You never know when you'll be able to think back about something you learned earlier. Keep up the good content!

The maples are going to be beautiful!! What really stood out to me the most tho is how Aaron handled the mistake. Yes, he felt stupid but he’s not . He realized his mistake and was still willing to change it. Your attitude stood out as well. You didn’t make him feel stupid for the mistake. We ALL make mistakes but we can learn something from them and from the video. I think Hydrangeas would be lovely and maybe some evergreens too. Whatever y’all do it will be beautiful!! Keep up the good work. Your little boy is not only catching your enthusiasm for gardening but he is learning how mommy and daddy handle mistakes. Have a blessed day!!

Aaron is such a sweetie. In the past I didn’t think Aaron had much interest in the gardening aspect of Garden Answer. It looks like I was definitely wrong. It’s so nice to see that Garden Answer is truly a family affair. I’m am sooooo excited to see your property coming together and a little bit jealous. My youth is gone, but my desire to create something as beautiful as I know this will be, is stronger than ever. I have the time now, but I don’t think anything that I plant will ever reach maturity in my life time. I have the energy in my head, but the body is telling me, you blew it girl, should have done that about 20 years ago. So I will continue to watch the growth in your wonderful gardens and dream💚🙃

Judy I feel what you are saying. I’m 64 but my head thinks I’m 30. I just overdid in the garden and boy do I feel it. Here is a positive. Some plants grow fast so don’t give up. I planted a maple tree 3 years ago and I already have shade. My backyard was bare 3 years ago and now I have over 50 roses, and more flowers than dirt and grass. This channel is so inspiring. As soon as I’m ready to go out, I make a cup of tea, watch these wonderful people and off I go to get good and dirty. Best advice is to plant one thing a day. Think of it like going to the gym. Just yesterday I read that gardeners live 15 years longer. I actually take better care of myself just so I can keep gardening. I can see why it increases longevity. Just pace yourself and watch not only your garden grow but your body’s health grow too. Which I didn’t do this week🤣. Anyway. Hope I helped you keep going. There is nothing better than nature, sunshine and the creativity that a garden brings.

Aaron, you’re the most patient person I have ever seen! I was actually laughing so hard when Laura said earlier in the clip that she was a hired hand but I think it’s the other way around. She is The director. And Laura, I hate to say but the director actually does the quality check before something is implemented so Aaron can’t take the heat for this one alone. Ha ha . He’s actually all the manual labour , the harder part of the work! On a more serious note - Aaron I got so nervous when you did not have your work boots on when you first started to auger, and was relieved when I noticed you changed into boots. Laura , there you are stepping among that cut wire with your sneakers on. Please please please be careful. I’ve worked in healthcare all my life and critical incidents typically happen when personal protection equipment is not worn.

Not sure why you always apologize for your neighbors noise. They want to fix their property too, and it truly isn't a bother. I only hear it when you actually point it out.

They look a little close to the fence, what is the spacing needed for these trees? I like the variety. Thanks for the video

They did mention in past videos plans on expanding or adjusting the driveway. As well as removing some of the fence line. It's likely that they are planting with those future renovations in mind

Those trees will look great if they hopefully take! I thought the holes should be wider myself! Property is looking great!

Great video guys... I thought at the start that Aaron was planting to surprise you Laura at how much he has learned...he was rocking that Biotone and drip system...they are going to be gorgeous. I was a bit surprised to see how close they’re planted to the fence though....🥰😘🇦🇺

Well he certainly took that setback on the chin. Most people on discovering that the huge tree that they had just planted had to be moved would have had a hissy fit.

Have you tried the vine and stump killer on the bind weed? It says it works on the packaging. I think I am going to give it a try, because I deal with it in my garden as well. Loving seeing the new property come together and thank you for showing us so many different aspects of gardening. It feels like I’ll never stop learning from you.

My thoughts exactly! I just bought some to use on nuisance Virginia creeper and smilax vines after seeing her use it in a recent video. So why not try it on bind weed as well?

Hi Laura and Aaron can you do another tree tour at some point. I really like trees in a garden I like to see the different types and everything. I think it would also be good to give ideas to people.

It’s been fun to read so many upbeat comments written by people cheering for Aaron!! Your trees look great in their new home!🏡 You both like to see things planted level and in line, which makes jobs like this go better from the start. It’s great watching the three of you working and being together. Look how much you’ve already got done on your new property and it’s only the first week of July. Now you may want to go find some shade for a bit. 😊
