Good decision on the size of the hanging basket. I’ve downsized, but loved putting hanging baskets on my previous porch. Enjoy your time with the kiddos. Also I must comment on your shepherd. She is so well trained and isn’t even 2 years old ! Good job!

Use landscape fabric (even the cheap stuff works) to line inside your coco liners, then add soil. The coco liners will hold up longer.

Hey, that's a great idea 💡. I have large wir hanging baskets with coco liners on my carport. I placed thin plastic drip trays with some drainage holes in them, because when I watered them, it just all ran straight through. I always put large Boston Ferns in mine.

I am a senior citizen 5back surgeries and can’t do what I use to, I now garden in pots with the biggest help of my husband. Well we finally made it to your nursery this past Thursday. My husband and I were greeted by Jerry who was very pleasant and helpful, as well as your staff. Let me just say 4 wagon full of flowers and shrubs later that it was a very successful trip. We live in Virginia and I wish I we were closer cause guess what I still need more flowers. Those hanging baskets look awesome 😎! My neighbor has a similar front porch to yours, and he has had large hanging baskets like yours for the last several years. They look great every year and are in scale with the size of the porch, as are yours. 👍👍 Thanks for the color combo suggestions. Now I know what colors to plant in my aquapots. I'll have to make some substitutions because here at the edge of the world in southeastern NC, it takes years for the new plant introductions to get to us, if indeed they ever do. Oh WOW - those are absolutely gorgeous!!! The colors will be explosive on that beautiful front porch of yours; can’t wait to see them all filled out. Great plant choices! That last drone shot showing the baskets on the porch, then the house nestled among all those magnificent trees was so special. Our last frost date isn’t until May 12 so can’t put any annuals out for a month. My bulbs, perennials, shrubs, and trees are working their Spring time magic but I can’t release the planting “brakes” just yet lol. Thanks for sharing your beautiful creations with us. What size hook are you using? They would have to be heavy enough to hold the watered pots without stretching out. It would be Interesting to know how much the pot weighs to know the size of hook to buy.

Beautiful. I have one big basket but I do not fill it full so my flowers can spread. Super bells are hardy, they've withstood dropping temps. Lot of bee, butterfly and hummingbird friendly plants there, love that!!
