After going into the bush to find edible plants, Greg realizes there are bears roaming dangerously close his cabin. He decides to track them down, hoping to capture up-close footage of a HUGE Grizzly!
Greg is a self-taught survivalist from Canal Flats, British Colombia, who, since he was a boy, has read nearly every book on the topic. When he is not out in the wilderness, he is a professional dry-waller. He started his first bow drill fire when he was thirteen and spent the next forty years learning bushcraft and studying plants and edibles. He has even developed some of his own survival techniques and is a skilled hunter with both a bow and a slingshot.

Awesome that people leave places like that for anyone to use. Wish that was the way near me but it's definitely not. Nice to have all that stuff but ANYONE that would leave food in a cabin is being very foolish. A bear or whatever else would wreck a cabin to get to food.. Lord knows, if a bear did find food and a warm cabin they might stay there all winter even after destroying it lol

Used to be the same in the Everglades ,cabins on stilts in the swamp, they used to leave them open for anyone to use,you just had respect and left them as you found them and all was good ,but then people started vandalizing and flicking things up and they started locking things up,so sad.... I remember getting high watching a storm roll in while we camped out on the deck of one of these camps, one of the best memories of my life.......

I’ve said this a few times now, I can’t believe how cool people are up in the rockies, cabins left open, the honour system, great people willing to help out, I’m so jealous…

It's so nice to see a cabin that has not been vandalized. Where I live, everything gets destroyed by Idiots.
