Better start buying from households... people work best with incentives do a community collection service and provide a cash buying scheme.. eg a kilo of plastic will be 5 cedis... then every week a lorry goes round each household and collect them... best solution is to ban polluting plastics especially the sachet... if bottle water is the only one people will start using compact reusable flask to keep water.. carrier bags must be banned and people will start using proper bags...
