Engine related question.....was the truck still stock internals when you sold it? Never had a problem with a bent rod? Serious question! Please and thanks

Good question, yes it was stock bottom end. Yes it was still healthy when sold. I compression tested shortly before the sale, all cylinder were 385-420 psi.

I've got an 03 dmax I bought in 04 that came with a visor installed over the windshield, some dumbA$$ I discovered when my head Inter started failing used ONE carbon screw out of the 12 stainless ones and rusted up the windshield channel! Wtf is wrong with people

Would better off spraying all that rust ,first spray 10w40 spray crap out of it than wait about week let 10w40 penetrate the battle and the Rusted areas than take plastic dip black or Rustoleum black spay into areas rusted rockers as well entirely underneath truck that will protect from further rusting, check every yr depending area live, spray good a lot on be good ,do these all my trucks as well inner door panels, rear inner corner panels and inner front fenders ,recommend plastic dip inner doors and rear, fender panels cause seals best ,that grease not going do anything just wash off and continue rust ,and looks that rust damage if I was you want keep that truck from rusting worse than it is ,have 2001 Dodge ram 2500 flaw on that generation and why doors rot so bad window seal let's water trap inside so fix problem by using plastic dip spray can each door middle door down drilled more holed under door air and if water gets in there has better way escape as well not stick door is well covered not take in moisture, this same my ford vans, just thought let you know better way and way not rust your investment.
