Most of the Top 10 lists were actually pretty solid given the results, even Mr.X had one of the strongest ones but Bren had Stitch rated above Carpe? Come on man. I was wondering when you think of OWL GOAT who would be the first player to come to find for longevity, consistant performance and even accolades and with Profit I think he may stand to the first real GOAT of the League. Also I'd love to hear a discussions on either Top 10 coaches based on how they did their job for their players and what awards their teams achieved as a result or the Top 10 most underrated players. People like FITS, Libero, Heesu and more are probably worthy of more praise but for reasons just never are. For example as good as Sparkle was last year there was a game where Yaki diffed him damn near every way on Tracer and Echo but Florida's lacking performance might've overshadowed that, or when Heesu played Widow in playoffs instead of Carpe and people were foaming at the mouth at the very idea but he was probably as consistent or maybe even more so but Philly still couldn't reach the results they wanted. I'd love to see something like that discussed before OW1 (I guess) offically ends for the League this year if it's possible. Oh and Kurt should be Bren's player of the year for his contributions to Plat Chat.

I said this in the last videos comments, and i’ll say it again. I hate when they say “guys, im putting him 14th out of EVERY DPS PLAYER IN OVERWATCH”. Bren (in this case) NOBODY believes you think Haksal is a bad player. I don’t think thats anyones problem. The problem is you thinking that 13 DPS players have been better than Haksal all time. Im actually not arguing this specific point cause i don’t know where to put Haksal, but the argument they keep putting out of “hes on my list, im not saying hes bad” just annoys me. No one thinks you think theyre bad. We want you to explain why you have them below the specific people you put above them

Avast wakes up and wonders how he can drop another nuclear bomb of an L take. DOHA over RASCAL, HAKSAL AND CARPE??? How did this man even try to justify that with a straight face? YAKI OVER LIP AND ALL THE PLAYERS I MENTIONED BEFORE?? Dude is smoking some premium goop.

Sp9rk1e above ANS is actually criminal. As far as heroes hes great at, it doom and Genji period. He is by far the most overrated player in OWL history, especially in 2021. His tracer required a lot of resources for minimal results, and he won riding on Fearless' backpack. Don't get me wrong, his tracer was better than expected, but wasn't far above mid-low level traces like Happy, Naist, etc. ANS on the other hand massively impacted Shock despite the good roster, not just kinda wandered beside it

Honestly, this list is way less egregious than I expected. I would actually say that Fleta is above Profit, but I can understand why the list is the way it is. NOT LOOKING FOR A FIGHT, PLEASE DONT SPAM MY REPLIES.
I know it has been some time now but I just rewatched this Video and when they hit the Top three I was sure it was gonna be Fleta and Profit in there. I was wondering who would be in there with them and couldn't really think of someone contesting that high up. But then I found someone and realized that they weren't on the list. Not even mentioned once. I'm kinda shocked that no one even touched the question of Sinatraa being on this list. Sure his peak was in Goats and DS but fucking hell was that guy good. He was the best Zarya in the league, no doubt about that and he was probably the best DPS that year overall (Legit MVP LUL). I suppose because he hasnt played that much other than 2019 he didn't get on the list but Jesus that guy was a god

I'm writing this before seeing the top of the list, but I think most people came into this episode knowing that it would all come down to Profit v Fleta. There are people that come close to them like LIP, who reinvented Sombra and was arguably the best player two years running, and Striker, as the best player on perhaps the most impactful hero. But... the history behind Profit and Fleta is so big. The rivalry and discussion year after year surrounding these two of being the greatest makes this video not only the best DPS of OW, but also the GOAT of OW1 in my opinion. These two have been consistently incredible from the dawn of Overwatch. They haven't just been good, they have been at the PEAK. The Fleta deadlift was a meme for so long until finally we saw him be unleashed on a truly incredible team in 2020 and 2021. And Profit has carried in so many different types of metas that it's not even funny, and his playoff carry is huge. Most final blows ever is absolutely INCREDIBLE. I'm so glad these two were number 1 and 2. Both of these guys deserve the title, to be honest. EDIT: LET'S GO PROFIT GOAT

I always give it to Profit because I’ve never seen a player reach such an individual peak on so many heroes. At different points in his career, he’s been the best Genji, Tracer, Pharah, Hanzo, etc. The only thing I’ve seen him be meh on was Sombra, and then he wasn’t a truly elite hitscan but he was still great. It’s why I put him above ANS or Sparkle who are only the best at like two heroes. The only comparison I have for Profit is Leave or Fleta, but while Leave can play almost any hero incredibly well, he just hasn’t been in the league as long, and Fleta doesn’t have the same individual peak.

Also Avast has the best list imo, because I don’t rate rings very highly in a team game. Hard carry performances are exceedingly rare, and Profit pulling them off consistently is why he is number 1. Those kinds of performances deserve a lot of credit, not rings. This isn’t basketball where it’s essentially a series of 1v1s and talent can just dominate.

I'm surprised you did not mention Sparkle's insane doomfist play as well. The hero was very situational, but there were several teamfights that he was able to turn with some of his plays. I would say in terms of that specific hero he is top 3 for sure. Though it is tough to accurately rank him due to the hero not being played too often.
