Thank you for all your pretty clear videos, excuse me, if sheep blood- based blood agar is not available by local facilities, can we use human blood and relay on its hemolysis results

beta throat I; 5 y/o girl strep progenies; group a strep sba: 18-24 hrs in CO2 like anaerobic normal flora look for hemolysis; beta hemolytic if find then work it up. result in 48 hrs gs preliminary report mod NL flora no beta strep present. incubate for 24 hrs.
