Thank u doctor for your valuable video, infact i have seen specialists in American hospital in gulf. She said exactly same thing what u have said. My cause still not known but since 4 months platelets around 60 figure. In February i was admitted and bleeding, they found dengue not active but seriously i have no effects of dengue at all. Except my platelets reading all other things are ok. I have only dizziness or light headed sometime. Don't know what to do now.

I am patient of ITP since 2014.. I am never used drugs. All blood tests are normal. Even bone marrow report is good.. no problem seen in bone marrow report. But still my platelets are low . About 25000 to 45000

Dr. my 13 year old child has been diagnosed with ITP. Her platelet counts went down to 11,000 she was given Steroids for 4 days which bumped it up to 177,000 and now it’s down to 8,000 again just after a month. The Dr. now has started her on Eltromopag( Promacta) and waiting to see how she does. Is this disease something to carry on & be worried about lifelong?? Also, no answers as to how she got it… could it be a side effect from the Pfizer vaccine?? If the doctor cannot get to the bottom of it I’m scared and anxious. Please let me know if this is the correct line of treatment.

Sir is eltrobomag the only drug which increases blood platelets? I see that steroids also increase platelets, but they seem to drop again. And if there is a viral or bacterial overload will the platelets increase once the infection has been resolved?

Doc. i hope you get to read this and reply. I had a full blood count today and had low platelete count of 138,000. Is it something to be worried about and what does one do to raise its level to the normal range. i dont have any symptoms. had the test because of a chronic swollen vocal cords. Dr. My daughter was 14 years old child has diagnosed with ITP. In 2013 She's platelet was decrease to 10000 then dr go immugrobin or ivig then she was fine but in last week again she's platelet was decreased without any fever and start bleeding. She was admitted to picu and dr was start giving immugrobin or ivig 50 gm total and extra some medicine, but after two days giving ivig again she's platelet was again drop to 5000 and start bleeding in hospital, dr was start testing of bone marrow and giveing steroids (neo-drol) and some extra medicine, she's bone marrow report was Normal and suppected ITP Was found, then after 11 days of admitted lots of diagnosis, dr was tell was telling that she was itp patient and dr was discharged with 1000 platelet count only. Then after 1 weeks of discharge again bleeding was start , again she was admitted to hospital and start treatment with 4 unit of platelet, romy inj and others medicine and continue..... Dr my question is my daughter skin is whitish in colour and may be she blood level is very low as per my expect but she's hamoglobin is 10.7 as per latest blood report, can dr can give blood unit?? It's save?? And when she's platelet was get normal?? How many days to recover with this itp because next month she's final exam was coming?? And if yet she's platelet was nornal, in future again she's was drop?? How many days to fully recovered with this disease??

Sir my father is having CA GB metasis liver also infected....but he was doing very well his general condition was very good before third line of chemotherapy.after getting first cycle of third line chemotherapy he was about to discharge from the hospital in a very good condition....but suddenly on the same day he got brain stroke and left ACA infract....after that his right side paralysed and he is not able to speak ...cannot recognise...lost his memory ....and Dr. Are transfusing RDp and sdp but pletlet count is still falling... Even Drs. Have no answer why peltlets are falling. Sir plz reply ...or advice us what to do next....

I have annual platelet count drop happens either evrey december or january that untill now i dont know the reason... last time was this january of 2022 first test was 5000 second test was 4000. It shows symtoms on my body but it cures by itself for a week without taking any meds

Sir mere father heart patient hai unko 2017 me stent laga hai 3,4 month se unka platelet count 50000 se 100000 ke bich me rehta hai to cardiologist se dikhaye to unhone clopidogrel 75 band kar diya .sirf Asprin 75 and atrovastatin 20 khane ko bole after 15 days platelet count me improvement hua 115000. My father platelet three to four time c.b.c is from 50000 to 90000 .He had maglobastic anemia in 2010 .What did doctor please advice .One time increase from papaya leaf and syrup and kivi but low now.iron culture no problem ,b12 good folic acid normal.which department doctor contact

Sir my mother is facing with low platelets actually she joined hospital for leg fracture later to to do surgery they checked blood it is low platlets they injected platlets after that it became too less 15000,19000 it went they check with all tests Everything is normal dengue malaria ,ITP now they told to do for bone marrow test .wat is reason we r not getting..can u please reply sir can u give ur contact number please I will share the reports sir please past one month onwards she is in hospital only . please 🙏🙏🙏🙏or let us know solution pls
