Best lecture mam 🙏 One Doubt Mam during inflammation when endothelium gets contracted and retracted ,pores are formed through which exudate move out BUT,at the same time the collagen (basement membrane)is exposed after endothelial cell contraction then why won't INTRINSIC PATHWAY OF COAGULATION activate at all those pores??
