@@PawMom101 Use citric acid (AKA Vitamin C). It can sometimes be found in supermarkets by the name "sour salt" under the spice isle, or ordered online. Either add the citric acid directly to the mix with the other flavors, or combine the citric acid with the coating sugar to coat the candies. Be careful not to overuse it, since it's very strong. Bonus: add a smaller amount of citric acid to non-sour flavors to make them refreshing. It's why lemonade is so refreshing!

I’ve made this recipe several times it’s easy. I use LorAnn oils , cotton candy oil is really good and Bubblegum flavor is good too it tastes like Bazooka bubblegum when I was a kid. Yummy

No don’t refrigerate them. They need to be stored in dry atmosphere. You can store them in an airtight container at room temperature.
