I love the way the wooden steering wheel flexed on that DB5.

Just LOOK at it. Every single angle every inch of bodywork every part of the interior is iconic. Going SLOW in this vs a Bugatti Veyron. DB5 Superleggera 007 model anytime.

It definitely looks more special than a modern Aston Martin. I absolutely love the narrowness of the vehicle, a narrow car is so much more like able to drive on B roads compared to wide monstrosities which are offered nowadays. My only problem with this DB5 is that on a daily basis I will actually prefer to drive a Citroën C4 E, which probably also is a bit cheaper to buy, use and maintain 🤔

If you keep it for a long time, yes, but it will take a long time before it's a classic. But it will get there before any of Reichman's designs, if they ever will.

The modern utter accuracies of machines in the assembles of cars has long since exceeded "hand-built" tolerances. Glorification of human built parts & assemblies is akin to glorifying a fine horse opposite a modern spacecraft.

@@tamasszabo8824 A DB 5 headlight cover has four screws to hold the bezel on, a DB6 cover has what looks like a tear drop at the very base of the bezel, it is very noticeable once you know, it is the first thing I look at.
