There is a great book, "Bullet-Proof Mind", the teachings of which have been used by military, fire and rescue, police, and many other emergency services to teach participants how to stay relatively relaxed in exceptionally stressful situations. It offers a very similar approach, again based on the breath...

Don't forget the breathing on the bounce and hit on your opponents' side too!

Coach, What about the half breath some tennis pros use. Inhale, Huh ah method? Time inhale with the early backswing timed with the opponent’s hitting the ball, then semi exhale on the bounce and full exhale on the hit. Try it. It works for me specially when my physical biorhythm is at the pits and I have a tendency to be lazy or slow on the take back.

Hi thank you for your job! A question for you, How can you have enough time to inhaling when the balls are fast and almost immediately after the bounce there is the hit?

Hi Great question. The truth is that there is not enough time and you cannot and don't do it. But when there is so little time we can only react. I think it is then that we discover talent. Federer and kyrios play almost better in such situations. For me, it's always a difficult balance. I want me videos to be short and to the point... So I don't include every situation. I hope that this answers your question. It's great that your enjoying the site. www.oneminutetennis.com
