One of my favorite songs. I was a 15 year old Mexican farm boy, the black sheep who listened to English Rock and ballads, even if I didn't understand what the lyrics meant, while everyone else listened to basically Mexican country songs. Fast forward 5 years and here I was, feeling at home and being part of the Culture and English literate, taking courses in a Community College. Much to my regret, I never imagined that two decades later, I would have to live in my own experience the lyrics of this song, thanks to the Love of my life. (Are you reading this Dora?) 💔

@@annettesjoy Yes, Ronn Moss sued Peter Beckett over the bands trademark name of the band. They both owned it jointly till Beckett pushed Moss out if the band (in September 2017), by using a substitute bass player while Moss had to do a PLAY (he was still an actor by profession) and wasn't available for one concert they both agreed to hire a substitute bassist for one night. Beckett didn't tell Moss that there were more concerts , he kept the substitute bassist and also stole the trademark name of the band for himself . Wilkepedia even had said Ronn had quit the band, but Ronn went on Twitter letting fans know he never quit the band and informed fans Beckett lied to him and that's when Moss publicly declared a lawsuit against Beckett. The judge sided with Moss. Now they perform separately as "Ronn Moss's" Player and "Peter Becketts " Player. Baby Come back was written by J.C Crowley and Peter Beckett. Crowley along with Beckett formed Player in 1976 Ronn Moss (bass) (Ridge Forrester) and John Frieson (drums) were the original line up. Crowley was also a songwriter , lead singer in the band . He's the lead singer on their 2nd top 10 hit, THIS TIME IM IN IT FOR LOVE. Yes, they had 2 hit songs. Hope this info helps you out. ❤️

Ron's jawline alone is legendary!! Have been re-watching (on KZbin)the Classic eps of B & B, early days of the Ridge, Caroline & Brooke triangle.
