I have and use 10 guitars. I use HB, P90, Gretsch, Rickenbacker Strat, Tele and Gold foil tones. I detected different yet similar tones from this guitar that would cover everything my guitars do. The whammy is a must have. The semi aspect comes thru yet does not have any honk whatsoever. The guitar is not a bells and whistles hype product. It indeed really delivers. It defines 'good design'.

Don't get me wrong, I like his videos, and I have no objections to honest reviews.

I did swap out the 2 buckers for a SD SH-2 and SH-4 (but had to abandon the gold pickup covers as they weren't compatible). I really didn't dig the bridge pickup. If the neck is just a bit thinner with rounder radius, it would be even more perfect for my needs.
